Skyscrapers certainly don't make great cities. It's true that great cities often have skyscrapers, but we shouldn't confuse cause and effect, or else we end up with Dubai.

That being said, everyone has their own personal preference for what kind of city they want to live in and mine includes lots of very tall buildings.
