Waterfront Square. Having the one tall building in the "back" by the road would look better. Also, give it some setbacks or something. It's just a rectangular box now.

Now for the WTC of Philadelphia, I suggest a new design. Go over to "Projects & Construction" and look at the thread on Istambul, Turkey. The rendering of "Diamond of Istambul" would be a great proposal for our WTC. That one would look great along the waterfront. And by all means, a tower for a hotel/condo.
