Looking at the zoning stats, I'd say the most telling part is the listed areas. 2.8M Sq.ft Residential, 660K Sq. Ft. Commercial. Pretty big stuff.
It looks like the big towers are set back into the development, while the smaller (less big maybe?) ones are on the corner of McKay/Kingway and on the NE corner of the property.
I'm a bit sad none of these are office towers, but hopefully Metrotower 3 will be up before ground ever breaks on these.
