This thread didn't survive last time because there is already a thread like this in Skybar. SSP isn't as lenient about the off topic threads in regional sections as SSC is.
Also, do we really need to give Newfoundlander more venues to post Newfoundland-related things? I was never this bad with the Thunder Bay stuff, was I?
