This project should have its own thread. It is the last building in the development formerly known as "Trump Place" along Riverside Drive in the 60s. This tower will be much glassier than it neighbors and will rise 33 floors. The design is pretty forgettable, but notable, in that it is a separate project from the Riverside Development South.
