Wow, so the "Villa" is 60% prelease and the Marriott is coming along nicely with preleasing. Very nice news for a couple of decent sized projects. If both buildings hit 100% lease rates before they are even built, this may bode well for future projects of this size or bigger.
I'm still interested in what will go in south of the Walmart on Utah, does anybody know anything?
