I think it is so odd that there have been no lawsuits to block the construction of this tower. The NIMBYs have been very quiet on this, yet they are incredibly worked up over the midrise on the Washington st. waterfront. I wonder why that is, the plans for this tower seem to have proceeded so much more smoothly than I expected.
