Proposal from HDA Architects to build a 33 story apartment tower directly across the street from Busch Stadium. This will be directly across the corner from the proposed 29 story apartment tower in BPV Phase 2 expected to begin construction early first quarter 2018.
Should these two towers go up as currently proposed, this would be a significant shift in development dynamics for the city of St. Louis. The last 20 years have seen mainly redevelopment of massive existing structures within the city. Developers are running out of historical rehabs and we could finally be seeing the progression towards significant new construction.
