Great photos. Definitely get a bit of a Toronto-vibe from them, which makes sense considering they're both the first city of major British colonies. It's not always the architecture (in fact, it's often not), but the general feel of the pictures just says Toronto to me. Makes me want to visit Sydney, for sure.
