Skipping the 4th and 13th and etc floors can become quite a headache during construction. A lot of times the issued for construction drawings don't omit these floors, then later once the building structure is finished when it's getting close to sales time, they renumber all the floors and suites for marketing purposes. Then you have two sets of completely different numbers to deal with.
Not a fan.
