Actually for the first time I would argue downtown is actually getting a solid amount of growth.

We have about 10, 20+ story projects either under construction or in planning with just as many midrise not including about 10 mid/high-rise completions in the proceeding couple of years. Not nearly all of them have been updated here.

There is also some ongoing potential for some new office buildings and RFP's on some city owned lots in the core that would require high density constructions. Which are all in various primordial stages and hopefully come to fruition.

In the next 3 years the skyline will be completely different.

Anyway glad to see some life on here!

The thing with the city is that it was built all post car in leapfrogging developments, you can drive all around and cant go more than a few blocks without coming across an infill project or apartment complex going up of various sizes and qualities, the city has pretty much gotten as wide as its going to get and is now, finally, beginning to get dense developments.
