At 95 Stories, it would be taller than Burj Dubai, given the floor height at 19 feet (which i would not complain about at all).
This building would totally change Philadelphia in so many ways, i cant even list them all here. Does anyone know anything about the developer. Are they reputable and dependable. do they have a history of developing large scale projects?
ill try to do some research as well.
Lets get this thing built asap....
