The first hotel planned for the Gulch was announced this week and the company has wasted no time at putting it up for bid. It purchased two lots at 901 & 905 Division Street, on the relative edge of the Gulch, that once housed a warehouse and the other a now closed adult bookstore. No brand has been announced nor the number of rooms.
"A Chattanooga, Tenn-based hotel developer has purchased two properties in the Gulch for $2.35 million.
Vision Hospitality Group, through the entity Vision Nashville Gulch LLC bought 1.39 acres on two parcels at 901 and 905 Division St., one block from Terrazzo and Icon, residential towers."
