Wait just a minute. This is a Dennis / Darko project right? If so, we need to temper our enthusiasm for fairly obvious reasons.
You're new in town, I believe. Do a little research on the family. Dennis is a disaster and his father isn't much better.
Something good may come of this but the fate of 220 Dundurn - another of his properties - still hangs in the balance. We shall see.
