I own some Forest City stock and Forest City is doing a tremendous job with their development in our neighborhood, the Navy Yard/Capitol Riverfront, so I hope this New Carrollton development is successful as well. Hopefully Larry Hogan doesn't screw this up by cancelling the Purple line. New Carrollton's value is immensely enhanced by being at the terminus of the Purple line.
