They're not all Newfoundland-specific items, although some are. Tancook Sauerkraut is from the South Shore of NS.
The more universal name is cloudberry, also popular in Scandinavia.

Surprisingly, Nfld. products aren't always easy to find in Nfld.. And there is something about that window display that just seems odd and ineffective.
