The list names only 8. The other 3 must be
Infopark, Parsvnath and CSEZ .
We know that
Infopark, Parsvnath has got SEZ status long ago. Thats a total
of 8 SEZs in Kochi. Sobha in all likelihood get SEZ status as the whole land has been
purchased at market rates and no "idealogical" issues need to be sorted out !!
Interesting but not surprising that Unitech bought the land at Kunnathunadu near CIAL.
Is it linked to their property at Parakkadavu ??
