The steel frame for a discreet collection of condos has slowly risen in Hell’s Kitchen. Simply known by its address, 805 Ninth Avenue, the 6-story building will hold five full-floor residences designed by St James Design. The two- to three-bedroom homes will feature quartz countertops, herringbone oak floors, floor-to-ceiling-windows and private outdoor space. Building amenities will include a virtual doorman, private storage and a bike room. Halstead Property Development Marketing (HPDM) is handling the sales which will officially launch later this year.
