As for the height; the plot is basically 1 block X ½ block in size. Thus, if the tower of this "Marriott" were to exactly match the size of the site, then it would be a little wider than the main tower portions of the JW and Fairmont (same length, however). So, I doubt this tower will approach the JW or Fairmont in height (unless their is a big change in design from the concept proposal).

As for meeting space; it may be minimal since this tower is supposed to be directly connected to the new convention center expansion. "Supposed" to be...
