it really annoys me that these big box stores require all this land for cheap and build it in the 'burbs.
Why don't they build them several stories like they did with future shop in downtown Vancouver.
OK stupid question but what difference in cost in building a smaller but several stories building as opposed to a huge ass building on alot of land?
