The only complaint I have about these kind of towers is they rarely fit or compliment the skyline in any way. You have numerous 5-700 foot towers with a 2000 foot beast extending 3 times higher. It's kinda like the plan wasn't to create additional office or residential space as much as it was to extended the capability to breath smog free air above the average polluted level.
