Agreed. Work started over a year ago with site clearing, etc. and we're only 3-4 stories off the ground. I know there are valid reasons but it really has felt like a crawl every time I walk by.

Keep in mind that there is ~7 levels below grade and all of the soil retention that goes along with building on the river. Also the first few levels above grade are lobby/atrium so there is not much uniformity right now. Once we get past this phase and start getting to "normal" floor plates it'll start shooting up.
