One question, why don't they just raise the height of the tip 4 feet to have the height of the original 2WTC?
Or even better, have the roof height be 1362, it's 1278 now so only 84 more feet. Maybe if they redesign it they'll come to their senses.
It would still follow the spiral pattern of the sight plan as 1WTC is oficially 1776 feet tall... So 2 WTC just has to be less than that.
