I love both of the renderings, I was actually looking around the Duckworth/Bell St. location today when I was walking into work, should take the camera with me and get a couple of shots, its a prime area for this place, really going to add life to that block of Duckworth.

From the rendering on the development on Water, it looks like it will be directly across from the Delta? I thought it was going in the vacant lot a little further down the road, looks like it would be right on the corner there now with Water and Waldegrave on top of where Hempwear used to be?
