I would be happy to see this built as it. I actually think the architecture is fine. Only a bit adventurous within a new modern generic. But, a nice addition to Austin.
I hope the massing on top for the Mechanical penthouses stays. Those are some cool elements that would be the first thing to go in budget discussions.
