Curious if others feel Portsmouth Village or at least the area to the south will be developed more?
There's that old Marine Museum that's closed up, it's a shame it's not being used. It could be such a thriving waterfront area it seems.
Edit: found this on the city's website. Does anyone here know more about this proposal?
