I am not allowed to say who they are as they are going through the last hoops for the land. I have seen the site plan and proposed look of the building. The chain is a higher end chain. It will not be a large hotel, only 134 rooms and be only 5 stories. It will be built in the lower city east of Wellington.

I know you can't say, but what you're describing sounds like an ALT Hotel.
