Gatineau Police are investigating the death of an 82-year-old woman.
Police say they were called to a home on Chemin Rivermead in the Aylmer sector this evening by a man claiming he killed his wife.
The body of a 76-year-old woman was found inside the home with bullet wounds.
An 82-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
