Looks like the bankruptcy case has been dismissed for Market Street Properties, owner of the power plant. Joe Jaeger agreed to pay their debts in exchange for control of the property, and he's looking for
"a successful commercial and entertainment area beginning with the adaptive reuse of the iconic structure for a large anchor retail tenant".

Not sure what tenant they're looking for, but I sure hope it isn't Bass Pro Shops again... their Memphis deal for the old Pyramid Arena, like every other Bass Pro store, required huge taxpayer subsidy to prop up a business that doesn't make economic sense. Cabela's has the exact same business model of bilking taxpayers, so they're not any better.
