I'd tend to think that the only good tips and local/insider advice you could possibly hope to get on this matter will inevitably come from Toronto SSPers, not the Calgarians and Haligonians and whatnot that you'll find in the Canada Section.
I have no idea what Regent Park even is, how I am supposed to tell you if it's good or bad?
