this building is going to look great. And I know that the beast next door has some people groaning but I actually quite like it. Lots of amazing architecture over here now.
And I like your idea regarding the IRT NYC2ATX. With exception of the modern tumor attached to the west side of the building, that thing is gorgeous and just begging to become some type of museum. And yes, for heavens sake let's bury the West Side Highway (and the FDR for that matter), and in the process protect all of Manhattan from rising sea levels.
