You've had fatalities on projects, yet they continue. Shit happens, but for something like this, at the current stage that its in... would not be in the best interest of the developers. They will work on fixing it. Not just going to stop and forget about it.
Problems will always arise. Large scale projects have tons of them, either at the soft or hard cost stage of the game.
BUT, its not the MTA or Port Authority. Those people are incompetent. If delays and costs are what you want, they have a PhD in bad project management.
