Anyone with intentions of creating positive development within the city should be commended for their efforts.
The problem is simple though. Prior to securing a lot, you need to have a good indication if you can actually construct the building or structure.
The crowd sourcing thing was a bit interesting. Gotta give them credit for trying though.
Hopefully someone comes along soon and has an equally ambitious idea for this building.
