The city of Miami updated its development report and here are some of the news things going on:

-Details on 600 Brickell: Still 2 towers, 68 stories, 903 feet tall with 132 condos, 360 hotel rooms and 952000 sqft of office space and 17000 sqft of retail 1900 parking spaces. They list the cost at $722 million.

-Bachelor Enterprises Tower - 24 story, 373 foot tall, 124,000 sqft office building in West Brickell at 621 SW 3rd Ave (just to the west of the big self storage building behind Neovertika and Latitude)
-Rivergate (Relections 2): A 30-story 345 ft tall residential with 138 condos to go behind (South of) Relections.
-Civica: 24-story, 290 foot tall, 466000 sqft office building to go on the site of the Days Inn next to the new UM biomedical building
-194ft tall, 110,000 sqft office building at 3301 Biscayne Blvd by Cardinal Development
-One Plaza: a 22-story, 230 foot tall residential building to go at 1800 SW 1st Ave (NW of the metrorail tracks right before they go under I-95). Will have 188 condos and 31,524 sqft of office space.
-3400 Towers: 2232 SW 34th Ave (Coral Way & 34th Ave), 13 story, 171 foot tall office building.
-3921 W Flagler St: 14 story, 155 foot mixed-use with 142 condos, 18000 sqft of office and 5000 sqft of retail near the Airport.
-Nordica on 8th: 16-story 193 foot tall mixed use building in Little Havana (8th St & 11th Ave) featuring 439 condos, 24600 sqft of office and 28715 sqft of retail.

Updates:
-the 41-story, 463 foot tall Electra on the Bay is now called Aja on the Bay
-Brickell Station (500 Brickell phase 2) was downsized from 599 feet to 559 feet.
-Logik Office Tower was upped from 26 stories 312 ft to 30 stories, 368 ft and is now to have 105,106 sqft of office space.
