Looks like a 4 year project by all accounts. Tower 1 @ 17 floors, U/C, should be completed in 2018. The other towers are projected to be finished in and around 2019-20, with the Sutton Place Residences,(condo tower) @ 17 flrs. as well the last to go up, of course pre-sales are always a consideration possibly pushing this all into 2020.
