Yeah, here is another one that was just proposed, not the prettiest but any additional office space is always good

Zoning By-law amendment to allow the redevelopment of the site containing a six-storey heritage building on the western portion of the site. The existing building will be retained and a new, 20-storey tower is proposed on the eastern half of the site. The existing building contains retail and commercial uses which will be maintained and the proposed tower will contain retail uses at grade and office uses above. No vehicular parking is proposed.
