That's pretty comedic overall though.
In a region that adds, say 30,000 people annually, West Van is planning 5000 new units over 25 years.
That's conservatively 1.2 million new Metro residents in 25 years, assuming double occupancy, West Van somehow only expects 10,000 new residents?
Or less than 1%?
They better turn the whole district into a gated community...
