That seriously sounds like some arguments some people in Phoenix would give against a building like this...WTF NY?
And do they not realize that there aren't shadows ALL day long?
But that does bring a question to mind (that's actually on topic), what is the orientation of this building? i.e. does it face Central Park from the N,E,W, or S side?
