is what a desolate place? that area is not that busy - more so during commute times in my experience - the quay closing and casino moving really hurt that part of town - the reopened river market (former quay) only had one store in it last time i passed and a pub nothing else no reason to go there at all
i think it opens fall 2011 and the theatre a little later - christmas blockbusters should be playing there
