This is total dreaming and probably never will happen, but once this project and the Civic Centre/Theatre/Convention Centre/Office tower are completed, wouldn't the Salvation Army building across be great for a Nordstrom? Obviously it's not downtown Vancouver, but Downtown New West and especially this stretch of Columbia from 10th to Begbie is shaping up to be really neat!
