Out in todays paper is a notice to developers that an expression of interest is coming to build & manage a new facility for the RCMP at 80 Garland Ave, in the City of Lakes Business Park Dartmouth.
Project is 24,000 Gross metres, 375 parking stalls, 6.5 hectares of land.
I believe this is also a LEED project.
