Fantastic tour.
I'm a map guy, and Altoona has a very pleasing layout. Nice solid grid in a valley with very few squiggly streets on the outskirts.
Those street signs downtown need a sledgehammer taken to them asap. They should be pointing to The Maxx from Saved By The Bell.
