I wasn't aware of that Walnut Capital / Mark Cuban development, and I couldn't even picture the building in my head and had to look at it on street view. It's seen some better days but looks like a nice rehab in a prominent location. Some old school faux-neon signage on the steel lattice at the top would look cool.
