Yep. Wheren't they both supposed to contain offices for Blue Cross/Blue Shield? IIRC, I think they changed their minds and axed their "twin" tower plan; too much office space...

It would have been pretty cool to have a series of "twins" in the City of Brotherly Love. Right now, I think that specific parcel remains as an undeveloped grassy lot.

One and Two Libery Place (almost twins)
Centre Square (think that's what they're called -- almost twins with the giant clothes pin in the center)
One and Two Commerce Square
The IBX and this building...
