Greg Smith 3rd Ave office building

Exciting news on 2nd Ave near Pioneer Square. This is great news to me, historic building preservation,
decent height (office) especially for that area - but won't cover up the F5 building.
Hopefully it will have a higher quality ARTchitecture design.

Urban Visions has dropped its plans for 888 Tower — which was first announced as 77 stories,
and then scaled back to 60 — on the full block it owns between Second and Third avenues, and Marion and Columbia streets.

On Second, the 1903 Marion Building — home to Metropolitan Grill — and the Melhorn Building will remain.
The Metropolitan Grill is staying, with a long-term lease.
