This area is becoming more of a destination. There really aren't too many restaurants this close to the water with these types of views. Keep in mind that this will attract many tourists as well who come to the Ferry Building and want a nice meal. In addition, it will draw on the crowds who already frequent the nearby upscale restaurants such as Boulevard, Chaya and Mexico DF.
