I love that a building is going in that location, and the idea of a restuarant by that lake is fanstastic, but my God, will someone break the mediocre design stronghold on the city of Houston? This building design could have been so much better. I think a building similar to Terminus 100 in Buckhead would have suited my taste for that location.
I tell ya' , for every 2727 Kirby, and Mainplace in Houston, there are 10 mediocre siblings.
