The ROM is getting a tall and good looking cousin. Rising 32 storeys across the street from Daniel Libeskind's landmark addition to the Royal Ontario Museum, Exhibit, developed by partners Bazis, Plaza, and Metropia, and designed by architect Rosario (Roy) Varacalli, embraces its time and place and makes a virtue out of its sometimes controversial neighbour's angles. Seen from the air, the ROM and Exhibit will work together to form an exclamation mark, and that should translate into some real visual energy on Bloor Street itself.

Exhibit will have 200 suites behind white-fritted glass balconies and terraces. Parking is hidden above ground in the integrated podium. Those purchasing south-facing suites in podium levels will be able to park on the same floor as their suite.
