CLEVELAND - Springing along
We had a particularly brutal winter (and spring seems to be taking its good old time getting here temperature-wise), but I tried to get out when it wasn't so cold. These are mostly at lunch time, so there are quite a few shots of downtown around East 9th and Euclid where there's a lot of redevelopment happening. It was about 30F on St. Patrick's Day so I was only out for a little bit and didn't get as many shots of the 300,000+ attendees as I'd like. Ah well, here are the pics:
The next few shots are an area in between the Ohio City and Detroit-Shoreway neighborhoods - it's a handful of redeveloped buildings including a former fire station and a transformer station (now part of the Cleveland Museum of Art's community outreach programming). They're trying to brand the area 'Hingetown' which I'm not so sure about
