It's hard to get too disappointed considering the fact that the "old" design was not official and was always labeled as conceptual. Further, Market Street west of 21st needs a lot of work. Even at this height (12 stories?), it's infinitely better than what currently exists and will hopefully serve as a catalyst for more and taller development.
It's crazy how stark of a difference Market Street is east and west of 21st. It's almost like two completely different cities.
